1. Welcome
2. Health and Welfare-
3. New members or visitors-
4. Up coming rides;
5. Old business Last month we discussed the following topics,
A. Max thinks that Johnny’s' Charcoal Broile has closed. Any
suggestions on a different place?
B. Early registration needs to be in by May 5 2008.
Form can be copied from the web site if you don't save
the one I sent out earlier today.
C. We sent flowers to Tammie’s funeral that cost $55.
6. New business
A. Still have some people who gave us the pre-registration form
that still need to pay. Please don’t forget to take care of this.
B. We have extra shirts for the ride in if you want one.
C. I would like to thank everyone that has stepped in and helped
with the planning and the ones that are helping with the
Regional Ride in. I think we are going to have a better turn out
than we expected. I was hoping for 50 to 60 but I am thinking
that we may have 65 to 75 people show up for the event.
D. Sharon and Trudy got Walke’s meat to donate 100 1/3 lb.
patties for the ride in. Good job.
E. Sharon has been working with Reasor’s about donating the rest
of the fixin’s.
F. Diane would like to put together a ride to Arkansas and do a
poker ride Friday the 27 of June and Saturday the 28th. This will
NOT be a SCRC event. The proceeds for this event go towards
fixing up Harrisons main street.
G. We will also need to get a count of who is going on the ride June
19 to the 22 Men’s ride in Arkansas which is the weekend before
the Poker ride. Need to have a meeting for those going on the
Arkansas trip June 19-22. (Men’s weekend out)?
H. I would like to thank you all for showing up at the Dinner we had
Saturday night. The meal was great and the visit was also. Max
and Chris did an excellent job and I really appreciate it.
I. I don’t know if we are having trouble with leaving on time again,
but I have heard some rumblings about it being a problem again.
So with that being said, let me remind you again that I don’t were a
watch because time is not important to me so if you see that it is
time to go and want to leave at a specific time come up to me and
let me know what time it is so we leave at the exact time that the
schedule shows. With that being said it’s about the fellowship and
the ride but I do understand that some people live and die by the
time, good or bad that is their life. So when we show up for a ride
have your tank full, your tires checked, and make sure you are
ready to leave.
J. Jan shows we have $888.01 in the checking account right now.
